Begins with listening, observing and then contemplating. A creative solution(s) are provided to the client often in a photo
real and or 3d format. A solution is discerned the details of which are then developed, such as real time cost estimating and
materials. Responses of associated engineers and associated systems are integrated. The product required for financing,
permitting, bidding and construction is provided in the form of a set of Construction Documents.

Products: photo real & 3 studies, CAD documentation, energy analysis, materials lists, cost itemizations, analysis of data,
research as required, report and conclusions recommendations, material product introduction, architectural & landscape
architectural construction documents required for permitting, financing, bidding and construction. (engineering associates as
req'd-mech, civil, structural).
Additional Services: Construction administration services. Such as assisting the client with obtaining bids.
Of interest to our clients: Stoneridge PCS inc. bids and constructs the majority of the landscape architecture of this office.
